Refund Policy

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold on Pagidoo are digital goods delivered electronically via download links. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent to your email address.

By completing a purchase on Pagidoo, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital products cannot be "returned" once the download link has been accessed or delivered.
  • You will not be entitled to a refund after the download link has been sent.
  • You have reviewed the product description and pricing before making the purchase.

2. Exceptions

We understand that issues can sometimes occur. We will consider a resolution (replacement or credit) in the following limited circumstances:

  • Corrupt or damaged files: If the downloaded file is corrupt, unreadable, or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof of the issue.
  • Wrong product delivered: If you received a different product than what you purchased, contact us within 48 hours with your order details.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same product due to a payment error, contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

In these cases, we may offer a replacement download link or store credit at our sole discretion. Cash refunds will not be provided.

3. How to Request Support

If you believe you qualify for a resolution under the exceptions listed above, please contact us at:

  • Your full name and email address used during purchase.
  • The Razorpay payment/transaction ID.
  • The name of the product purchased.
  • A description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.

We aim to respond to all support requests within 24-48 business hours.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting Pagidoo support is a violation of these terms. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including revoking access to products and banning future purchases.
